World Of Warcraft Game Overview

Gameplay

Within the game, players can take part in battles against other players of an enemy faction, in PvP battlegrounds or in normal world zones subject to the rules in place on the particular server. Duels can also be fought between members of the same or opposing factions but with no reward. Ccharacters can join guilds. Short-term parties and raid groups can be formed to conduct raids against enemy territories and instances.

Character Classes

• Druid: - A class capable of fulfilling the role of damage dealer, tank, or healer. They can shape change into many animal forms which increase their combat or movement abilities. Druids can cast a variety of healing or damaging spells.
• Hunter: - A ranged attacker and animal specialist. Hunters deal damage by means of a bow, crossbow, or gun and can also taim pets to assist them in battle. The can also employ traps for damaging or disabling enemies. Hunters can wear leather armor and even chainmail at higher levels
• Mage: - Mages employ spells of the arcane, fire, and frost elements and are very high damage dealers. They are limited to cloth armour and are not very good with melee combat.
• Paladin: - The Paladin is heavily armored holy warrior and can specialize to fulfill each of the three major roles in World of Warcraft.
• Priest: - The Priest can protect and heal allies with Holy spells or damahe enemies with Shadow spells.
• Rogue: - An assassin who can stealth to avoid being seen by enemies. They deal damage by dual wielding small melee weapons, and also provides traditional thief skills like lock-picking, pickpocketing, and poisoning.
• Shaman: - This totem wielding class tanking abilities are very limited but they can specialize to become effective healers, or damage dealers using either melee weapons or spells.
• Warlock: - A combination of the mage and hunter who can deal magical damage like a mage and control demonic pets ( minions ) to assist them in combat. A warlock's damaging spells are mainly in the form of "damage over time". They can use direct damage spells but they are not as effective as a mage.
• Warrior: - Warriors can use any armpur and weild any weapon. They are WOW's general melee fighter.
