Wonderland Online : First official confirmation that new Blizzard MMORPG is original IPMay 13, 2009 12:15:00 AM News Item: 10343

While we've had factorto believe that Blizzard's next MMORPG would be a new IP, but this marks the first occasion that we've had some kind of official confirmation of our speculation.
In a post on the official World of Warcraft forums, Blizzard community manager Zarhym came out and said the new MMORPG was in fact an original IP, saying, "We have nothing to advertise for the new MMORPG because it's a shell of a game thus far. We've already stated it'll be a brand new franchise, which means the lore, art, and game play are being developed entirely from scratch. It's an overwhelming process, but a process through which we excel. Our track record supports this." While it's no press release or big event reveal, this is certainly the closest we've come to someone officially with Blizzard saying that, yes, it's not a previously created franchise.
So now that speculation on whether or not it's a new IP is over, we can begin to speculate on what genre this new IP will be! Science fiction, steampunk, cyberpunk or another fantasy setting? It's hard to say, although our hopes go for something decidedly not fantasy since Blizzard has already spent ample energy in those genres up to this point. Some time ago…
Taerlstratar looked intently into the shining orb he held with refined grace between two of his foreclaws. Despite being an immense creature his ability to move every muscle in his body with poise was unsurpassed, and holding the twelve inch orb eloquently was as simple a task as breathing.
To himself he thought, “The Shadowlords will be the ones to do it, they are going back home. And I will go back as well; its past time to take my true place in the lands now called Britannia. Curse Mondain, foul little human. Perhaps, it’s time to kill them all.”
While pondering the destruction of every human in existence, the orb changed its scene, shifting from showing an image of the works of the Shadowlords, to some of the younger looking Crimson dragons. Taerlstratar peered a bit closer into the orb, his large cat like pupils moving as if by command – fluxing out and then in slightly to get the best view potentialfrom theshortscrying orb. “The young ones… they too have a purpose for me.”
Taerlstratar knew all too well the bloodlust that lingered in the hearts of the young Crimson brood; he also knew the lack of wisdom and restraint that came without years of knowledge and experience. Make no mistake however; the young ones were not simply mindless killing instruments. Young Crimsons were still smarter than any human, gargoyle, or elf back home. They simply desired the very thing that was their birthright – to rule the lesser species.
The brood was too big now – a new home was needed, new conquests, new terrain – out of this endless void where Mondain had trapped them. Taerlstratar moved his massive wings out to their full length, a full hundred and fifty feet by human standards, stretching himself out a bit before returning the orb to its pedestal and collecting his legs underneath him. There was work to be done.

Our gamers have been waiting patiently and with news slowly leaking about the new upgrades coming in Wonderland Online we've decided to open the floodgates and give you a comprehensive sneak preview of the biggest changes.
Released Time: From 12:00pm—12:00am every Sunday (You need Registration Voucher*3). If a gamer wants to do the quest everyday then it will cost 1 star.
Location: Athens.
The Cursed Palace was inspired by the 12 constellations. There are many powerful palace guardians filled with blood-lust in every corner of the palace just waiting for a brave gamer to try to beat them. However the task will become much easier if they can find out the weakness of each guardian. Players can form different but great teams which are special for defeating different guardians based on their special elements.
What kind of challenges will our gamers meet in this accursed palace? If they are brave smart they may become a legend in their own lifetime.

Wonderland Online [http://wl.igg.com] has announced that the new 4.0 version will be released soon and with news slowly leaking about the new upgrades coming the WLO team has decided to open the floodgates and give gamers a comprehensive sneak preview of the biggest changes they’ve made.
The Training Area Instance function 12 Cursed Palaces quests changing the Maid Robot’s suit special skills and the 7 other new maps will all be concerned in the new WLO Version 4.0.
The Training Area is located to the Northeast of North Island. Players can reach this area quickly if they journey from North Island. But if they have a Training Voucher they will travel there immediately after clicking on it.
Training Strategies
1. A Training Voucher will provide gamers with 6 hours to train the time will stop immediately if gamers spawn at SB or a recorded place.
2. Players can stay in the Training Area after their time is up and enjoy a nice tour of the area without any interruption from monsters.
3. They can get HP and SP related items by killing monsters.
4. The system will restore both gamers and pets' HP by 100 and SP by 50.
5. Players can create a team for the Training Area but only the gamer who uses the Training Voucherwill get EXP.
6. Players' gear will be consumed if they defeat monsters that are 19+ levels higher than their level.
7. Players can use EXP cards or potions to get more EXP.
Training Area—Forest: Suitable for level 10—level 50.
Training Area—Cave: Suitable for level 51—level 100.
Training Area—Ocean: Suitable for level 101—level 150.
