Perfect World Game Overview
Perfect World is an 3D MMORPG or MMO created by Beijing Perfect World. It is heavily based on Chinese mythology, and is set in the world of Pangu.
Races and Classes
Human
- Fah Shih is a Human Magician class (MG) who specializes in fire, water, and earth magic. As with all mage classes in Perfect World, they are weak in mele combat and should deal out as much damage as possible while at a distance. Although they are weak and hard to play in the beginning they become very powerful at higher levels
- Wu Xia class is a human Warrior class and specialize in mele combat. They are fast with the sword, spear, fist, and axe weapons. They are strong and have high hit points but are weak against magic attacks.
At level 30, Humans gain the ability to fly on magic swords.
Wing Elves
- Yu Mang is an Elf Archer and are ranged weapon specialists with powerful and quick attacks which they use to their advantage. They may wield a bow, crossbow, and sling.
- Yu Ling is an Elf Priest who specialize in buff and healing skills. They wield metal elemental attacks and a ranged physical wing attack which make its attack skill both physical and magical.
Wing Elfs are able to fly when they first begin game playt, however using and engaging in aerial combat consumes MP. At level 30 they receive a pair of wings which do not consume MP
Beast Kind
- Yao Shou or WereBeast may be of male gender only. They are the best tankers in PW. They may wield axes and hammers and have the ability to transform into a white tiger.
- Yao Jing or WereFox may be of female gender only. They can cast powerful wood, water, and fire elemental attacks. They are also able to tame and use battle pets in combat which is unique to this class in Perfect World.
Beast Kind classes gain the ability to fly on animals at level 30.
Crafting System
Players can select and raise four different crafting skills in Perfect World.
- Blacksmithing - Skill used to create weapons
- Tailoring - Skill used to create armor
- Jewelry - Skill used to create various jewelry and arrows
- Pharmacist Skill used to create potions and hierograms
Players must gather the required materials for crafting of items. Crafted items will have the player's name adorned on them for the purpose of credit.
