Gameplay
Asda Story Online has a Soul Mate system where two players can become Soul Mates. If one Mate is offline, the online player can help to level up his soul mate character and the gained Experience will be stored for the offline Soul Mate.
Asda Story Online also features a Sowel system which is the combination of the Soul and Jewel. Weapons and armors are combined with Sowels to infuse them with special abilities.

Asda Story Online has 3 character classes divided into 3 jobs for each class.

Quests
There are several types of quests which players can undertake to increase their characters level and get loot. The types of quests are scenario, job change, quarterly, Soul Mate and party/clan quests.
Exchange Market
Asda Online players can use the Market to buy and sell items. Players set their own prices when selling an item and they must pay a tax for putting an item on the Market. Taxes are levied on items by time so items on the parket longest will have more taxes levied on it.
Mining
Asda Story Online characters can use a shovel and mine in the game. All parts of the world in Asda Story Online may be mined to obtain Items such as Sowel, elements and treasure boxes. The quality of the items obtained increases with the level of the character.
